Morgan has, like any Arcturan, strong mental powers. The most common are empathy, telepathy, and pyrotechnics. Morgan's power has helped him in his engineering for he has the power of telemechanics. This allows his consciousness to merge with a device. He then knows how to work the device.

This power allows Morgan to mentally communicate with, and understand machines. By touching any non-artificially intelligent machine he will have a complete knowledge of how the machine operates, instantly. He knows everything: the complete schematic diagram and operation knowledge are seen in his mind's eye.

When touching an artificial intelligence, a computer or android, he not only knows everything about it's operation, access codes, repair, etc., he can actually communicate telepathically. This means that he can tap into computer banks without using a terminal, because the information is sent directly into his mind.

He then took the security training program and was severely reprimanded on two separate occasions for being to violent in the apprehension seminars. The instructor has fully recovered. The hologram had to be recompiled.

He has been reprimanded on numerous occasions and demoted twice. In the end though, he always seems to come out on top of the situation. He doesn't like to accompany away teams, as he was severely injured on his first one. During his posting to the USS ALEXANDER NEVSKY as a young lieutenant, his team was ambushed by hostile Ferengi. Morgan was shot in the chest with a disruptor on a high setting. After this near death, he became reckless. He was later demoted for disobeying orders and transferred to the USS ADAMANT.

Morgan was decorated for his actions on the ADAMANT when the ship was almost destroyed by an Excalabian vessel. Due to his actions and quick thinking, the ship made it back to port under it's own power. Unfortunately, it was decommissioned due to the amount of damage sustained. Morgan was dejected at the loss and posted to serve on the USS CORONA, then Flagship of GOLD FLEET. His tenure there was brief and soon after receiving transfer orders was demoted for participating in a bar fight.

Morgan's next posting was to the USS HOOD. This was where his career started to take shape. He participated in numerous away missions without the slightest problem, but in the final mission of the HOOD, he was once again severely injured. While being held captive with other crew members, Morgan attempted to escape. He lost most of his left forearm for his efforts. He quickly recovered from this setback and, in the final battle, used his skills and power to keep the HOOD together so it could return home. Shortly thereafter, the HOOD was decommissioned, and the crew was transferred to the USS YAMATO, along with the crew from the USS MELBOURNE.

Since joining the YAMATO crew, Morgan has been promoted to Lieutenant Commander. He was also transferred to OPS. He his one of the few people that know about the YAMATO's cloaking device, and has modified it to operate at peak with the ship's systems.

On SD 160718 Morgan was promoted to Commander and assigned command of the USS YAMATO.

FAMILY BACKGROUND
Since the recent Arcturan Civil War, the Wolfe family has become more prominent on Arcturus. Though they have always been strong members of the Arcturan Guards, they took on a new role when numerous Guard bases and outposts were destroyed with nuclear weapons. They sheltered anyone whom they could from the rebels and aided those that they could not. For their actions, they were awarded seats on the Council. Currently, the seats are held by Morgan's father, his cousin Kell, and Morgan himself. For the last two years, Serra has sat in Morgan's stead.

Morgan's seat has become mostly symbolic. During the last Arcturan War, Morgan was gifted with the vaunted Red Sword, by the White Wolf. It was during this time that Morgan learned that his wife, Serra, was infact the White Wolf, and that the crew was manipulated into the war with the Xanthandi. He has not forgotten what has happened during that time, as he also lost his children to the conflict. When the Arcturan gods departed, Serra, the White Wolf, took the childeren with her. Though traumatized, Morgan has survived, and tried to continue, both with his life and career.

JAG: "You are aware, that by beaming down, you violated the prime directive, lieutenant?"
Wolfe: "Yes sir, I am."
JAG: "May I ask why lieutenant.?"
Wolfe: "Something needed to be done. A senior officer was held captive, and no one knew where."
JAG: "Did you know that the captain was going to lead the marines in a rescue mission?"
Wolfe: "I had heard that."
JAG: "Yet you went anyways. Why?"
Wolfe: "Because sir, of the senior staff left, I was the most expendable. My command codes were not valid anymore, I was relieved of duty, and I'm only an engineer."
JAG: "Only an engineer? You are a starfleet officer."
Wolfe: "I look at it like this. Which would you rather lose, a Captain of a starship, or a lieutenant who keeps screwing up?"
